Residents of Udakishunganj and Madhepura district can get all three certificates online through the RTPS (Right to Public Service) Bihar portal, completely free of cost.

  • Entering your Aadhaar number triggers an OTP to your linked mobile for verification
  • An acknowledgement receipt is generated immediately after submission, which can be used to track status

All three certificates — caste, income, and residence — are typically issued within about 10 days. The application is completely free, with no government fee. Physical verification is usually not required, though additional documents may occasionally be requested.
